Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026.

The short version

CC Monitor doesn't have accounts, doesn't use cookies, and doesn't run analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. The only place it asks you for anything is the optional contact form - and even then, only what you choose to type stays anywhere, briefly, on its way to becoming a single email.

What this site collects

Browsing the dashboard: nothing personal. There's no login, no newsletter, no comments section - nothing asks you for information, and no cookies or browser storage are used to remember anything about you between visits.

The contact form is the one exception. If you use it, whatever you type (name and email are optional; only the message is required) is sent to the site owner as a single email and is not stored anywhere else, logged, or used for anything but reading and replying to that message. The form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to filter out bots before anything is sent - Turnstile may set its own cookie and briefly process your browser data as part of that check; that's covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy, not this one, since CC Monitor doesn't operate Turnstile itself.

What happens when you use the search/filter tools

Typing a search or changing a filter sends that query to this site's own server (a Cloudflare Worker) to fetch matching listings - the same as any website loading a page of results. Nothing you type is stored anywhere beyond answering that one request.

The "Ask ChatGPT" link

Clicking this opens a new browser tab at chatgpt.com with a question about that item pre-filled in the address bar - it uses your own ChatGPT account (or none, if you're not signed in) and OpenAI's own service. CC Monitor never sees that conversation, and nothing about you personally is included in the pre-filled text - only the item's own public details (title, brand, price, condition). OpenAI's own privacy policy covers whatever happens after that tab opens.

Standard hosting logs

Like effectively every website, this one runs on infrastructure (Cloudflare) that keeps routine technical access logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of operating any web service and defending against abuse. This is Cloudflare's standard infrastructure logging, not something this project adds, configures, or has separate access to for tracking purposes.

External links

Links to Cash Converters' own site (and any other external link) take you away from this site entirely - their privacy policy applies there, not this one.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from them. The contact form isn't intended for use by children - if you believe a child has sent a message through it, contact us via the form itself and it will be deleted.

Changes

If what this site collects ever changes, this page will be updated to say so plainly.
